Yes, that’s right. For 14 years we have been market leaders in the sale and service of hot tubs and swim spas. We regret that we have been “forced” to issue this statement to protect our reputation, our business name and our responsibility to all of you, and also to defend the Canadian Spa International® brand against repeated and false rumours and unethical business practices by our competitors.
SPA Studio s.r.o. is one of the leaders on the Czech market in the sale of hot tubs, swim spas and spa accessories, as evidenced by the satisfaction of more than four thousand customers who have been using Canadian Spa International® brand hot tubs for a long time and with minimal complaints. Recently though, defamatory comments have started to appear, along the lines of: “SPA Studio sells low-quality Chinese junk”, or even talk of false and misleading advertising. You can be sure that such a salesperson’s sales skills and the company they work for allow him to do nothing but desperately lie and make up nonsense.
And so we must respond to this! The globally recognized Canadian Spa International® brand has been on the European market since 2009 and has sales representation in more than 25 countries around the world. Each authorised dealer holds a distribution licence with a limited validity of 24 months, in order to verify sales expertise and compliance with strict service conditions. This brand assembles its products only with components from renowned manufacturers and thus its overall quality ranks among the best in the world. We work with only the best companies in our industry such as Canadian Gecko®, CG Air®, Balboa®, CMP Jets, Lucite acrylic, Aristech, etc.
Once again, we would like to inform our customers and partners that Canadian Spa International® products are partially assembled according to the model series in Asia, America and Montreal, Canada. Due to the flexibility of the offer, the wide range of technologies and the individuality of each client’s order, the final fitting and assembly of the products takes place in the Czech Republic. We strive to be as competitive as possible, which is why we still maintain this level of manufacturing outsourcing that provides us with not only exceptional progression in innovation and change, but most importantly, unparalleled affordability in our level of quality workmanship. This guarantees 100% authenticity of each product and its highest possible finished quality, including final testing before installation at the client.
